Writer, November 2015 – Present


I’ve written several children’s books and been shortlisted for the Branford Boase award for debut authors and the Lollies Funny Book Prize. I’ve written copy for The Radio Times, The Big Issue, The Evening Standard Online, and The Roald Dahl Estate. I've even managed to squeeze in writing a few episodes of hit Cbeebies show Olobob Top. I’ve presented to audiences at festivals like Hay, Edinburgh and Bath, organised my own tours, and regularly visit schools to champion literacy.

Freelance Creative, May 2014 – Present


Being a freelance creative has given me the opportunity to work in some of London’s biggest advertising agencies. I’ve worked on a diverse list of accounts including The Huffington Post, Thameslink, Adidas, and Marvel. I’ve also worked across a variety of different campaign types. These include social media, website production/management, digital advertising and email marketing. Being freelance has given me the opportunity to work in a number of different roles including creative conception, graphic design, production and project management. I’ve also worked with smaller brands including boutique women’s wear label Sideline Clothing, and start-up Goose Lane Recruitment.

Head of Interactive Creative, January 2006 – May 2014


My role at Polymath Digital varied from the creation of graphics, copy and ideas, to the design, production and management of large digital projects. I’ve worked on display advertising, social media, websites, content creation, and gaming for Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network. I helped Starbucks build awareness of their Christmas Red Cups campaign through Facebook and Twitter marketing and increased participation in Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life event using social media and digital advertising.
